Digital outfit in 30 seconds
New Telegram Bot Invites You to Try On Futuristic 3D Digital Outfits During the First Digital Fashion Festival

Texel, the leading developer of 3D body scanning and digital fitting technologies, and replicant.fashion, the first digital clothing marketplace, teamed up to organize a digital fashion festival. Now anyone may upload their photo into the new Telegram bot and freely try on one of the seven outfits created specially for the festival.

It works like an advent calendar. During the week, one new outfit per day will be available for users. The festival is not time-limited. The personal fashion week starts at the moment you launch the bot. First users will have free access to the bot and will be able to invite other participants via invites.

All the outfits for Fashion Week are created by a digital fashion designer, and Founder of replicant.fashion, Regina Turbina, along with her team. These include a spacesuit, a metallic dress with tribals, an AI-print bodysuit, and other, futuristic and as well as, more conventional outfits.
We work everyday to make digital fashion more accessible. We believe this is our near future changing the industry, making it more conscious, green, vibrant and engaging. And we are utterly delighted with our collaboration with the Texel team. Their technologies open up new opportunities for digital fashion and expand the horizons of our own work. Also, this is a way to start discussing a problem of digital identity and fashion on a much wider scale."

Buying digital clothes on replicant, people acquire a high-quality customised service and a photorealistic image which usually takes time to create. The new Telegram bot backed with Texel's technology allows it to engage more people and provide them with high-end digital fashion experience for free. It's simple, fun and fast.

Texel's technology is based on artificial intelligence and generative networks (GAN). It can recognize core body features using one photo and then precisely dress a person in a new outfit. This solution works with both digital and real clothes. Now brands and e-shops in different countries use it to create digital fitting rooms and provide their customers with a new shopping experience. The virtual fitting may also be followed with size recommendations for basic parameters (height, weight, age, body type) based on the largest database of 3D scans collected by Texel.

Texel

The world's leading developer of 3D body scanning technologies and digital fitting room solutions. The company has constructed several versions of full-height 3D scanners and sold them to 25 countries around the world. This made it possible to accumulate the largest database of colourful 3D scans in the world. It contains more than 120,000 models. Based on this data, the company has developed two key technologies: a parametric model of the human body, which calculates the girth of a person's figure according to basic parameters (height, weight, age, body type), and a generative neural network, which allows trying on clothes online using the client's photo.
